Royalty: GR: 2.5%

Aphrodite Gold project is located in Western Australia, 65 km northwest of Kalgoorlie. Franco-Nevada’s 2.5% gross royalty covers a 29 km2 area and all Aphrodite Mineral Resources. An advance minimum royalty of A$250,000 per annum applies from November 1, 2017 onward. Bardoc Gold Limited (“Bardoc”) acquired the Aphrodite Gold project in January 2018, through the takeover of Aphrodite Gold Limited. Aphrodite is now part of the Bardoc Gold Project, and is the largest gold deposit in the project area. Bardoc completed a prefeasibility study for the Bardoc Gold Project in March 2020 and a feasibility study in March 2021. The feasibility study anticipates 1,100,000 ounces of gold production over 8 years, with 57% sourced from the Aphrodite open-pit and underground. Bardoc intends to produce a gold concentrate from the refractory ore with a conventional CIL and flotation plant, to minimize capital expenditure and project risk.
